AF more in Summer than Winter

Looking at my records, the great majority of my AF incidents have taken place in the months May-September inclusive. Is this anyone else's experience, and does anyone have an explanation?

Yes, that seems to be the case with me as well (for the last two years). Although in 2012, it started becoming much more frequent in late March.

My records show for awareness of an AF incident

May - Sep 2011 10 episodes rest of year 5 episodes
May - Sep 2012 29 episodes rest of year 12 (so far)

They've either been stopping on their own or I use PIP. No idea why -in my case not often exercize related.
