Then view the slide presentation…

MICROWAVE RADIATION - A CARDIAC RISK FACTOR?

Arrhythmias are listed.

Wireless Hazards Panel (2009)… shows slide of heart rate with exposure to cordless phone – discusses arrhythmia

At minute 10:19 – the photos show radiation penetration into the brain of an adult and child.

At minutes 27:14, the slide and narration discussed DNA disruption

p 12 of the PDF:

"Disturbed Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Evidence: 2010 Research – Magda Havas, et al
In a cohort of 25 participants, 40% (5) exhibited an increase in heart rate of 10 – 30 BPM after brief exposure to cordless phone base"

I tried this on myself and got absolutely no increase in heart rate, additionally, HRV remains high. Additionally 40% of 25 is 10, not 5.

It should be comforting to know, George, you aren't sensitive to the toxic frequencies. The current concerns are that without testing, many people who are mildly toxic to these frequencies are still accumulating the damaging effects but they won't know until much later when the manifestations show up as other symptoms. The collapsing effect on cells will eventually become a major concern.... to some, (obviously) more than others.

Probably we should all have meters for self-testing as there is no way to avoid all of the bombardment we receive.

An alkaline pH diet is the first line of defense along with Earthing/grounding and nutraceuticals that help blunt the damaging effects of free radicals.

Jackie,
Apropos of the nutraceuticals you mention above, this link summarizes some of the most effective free-radical quenchers, including NAC, glutamine, SAMe, etc. which can be used prior to, during, and subsequent to exposure to sources of radiation.

Thanks Mike - the advice being given is emphasizing the importance of maintaining a constant alkaline pH and using daily the potent a/o nutraceuticals which does mean daily since the bombardment is unrelenting.
