Lab Diagnosis of Magnesium Deficiency
by Herbert C. Mansmann, Jr. M.D.

"The current data shows that the sMg level only reflexes the tip of the iceberg of clinical MgD, and the loss of intracellular Mg content is equally important. The serum contains only 0.3% of the bodys total magnesium. More than half of the total content is in bones and nearly half is intracellular. The bone Mg is in equilibrium with sMg, whereas red blood cell Mg (rbcMg) reflects sMg concentration while each red blood cell is maturing before entering the circulation."

www.afibbers.org]
"Serum levels, RBCs and lymphocytes do not adequately reflect cell or tissue levels of magnesium."
3) Drs.Seelig and Rosanoff in 'The magnesium Factor' say the same thing. I don't have my replacement copy yet, so can't quote, but I remember their logical science very well.
4) Donations in the form of quotes, references to hard science, clever reasoning, even cash, will be accepted and much appreciated!
Bye for now!
