I was talking to a "crunchy" friend who recently had an afib episode and had heard that taking Mg with animal fat helps it ??assimilate?? to the body. grab on.. whatever.. Right now I take my Mg at bedtime but am going to back some of it up to dinner. Or maybe even breakfast if I am having eggs. She said it was the fattier things- ie not chicken breasts- that did it. IDK. For me there is no harm because I already eat animal fat and take mg. Going to schedule them better but wondered if anyone had ever heard of that.
