I don't know how many of you know of this organization. I watched every one of his videos, plus those of Dr. John Campbell, during the hard early days of the pandemic.

This isn't close to our favourite topics here, but it does relate, and I think you might be well advised to consider the information.

Thanks! We recently replaced our cutting boards with glass. Also we never use the microwave or heat in plastic containers.

Quite some years ago our public health experts required commercial food preparation kitchens to use plastic chopping boards because they were safer/more hygienic eye rolling smiley. Other science at the time did show that wooden ones were safer.

Disagree unless you can show good examples of dangerous conjectures of his.

Knife sharpening is easy, just use a fine grit belt sander and finish on a wet stone and steel. Only takes a very short time.

It's been years so I am not going to dig around for it but one example from memory.

He got ivermectin's blood brain barrier permeability wrong and didn't understand how CYP inhibition affects plasma levels and at what rates. BBB rejects IVM by active pumps (P-glycoprotein) and not by passive diffusion due to IVM's size.

NB OP got the name wrong it's Seheult.

I have a knife guy that needs the income in his retirement and does a great job.
