I was shopping at a health store buying dairy free foods and asked the cashier to recommend a Vitamin D . He sold me one by Virudian. He had one on sale (30%) from England..so expensive but I bought it on the advice it absorbs the best. However the label wasn’t in English especially since it’s manufactured in the UK…so instead of whipping out google lens that takes photos and translates, I bought it and now read the ingredients after translation.

Its main ingredient is alfalfa leaves. According to the above link, it should be taken short term or one could run the risk of lupus. Plus may interact with blood thinners. Contains estrogen so not recommended for those with breast cancer.
