After my first colonoscopy MD came and told me 8 large polyps removed.

I said "no more BBQ" he corrected me quickly and sternly "no more krispy kreme"

He's right.

I am almost 90 years of age and I have had a garden for most of my adult life, eating many veggies fresh and freezing them. There are all kinds of things that are said on the Net, i again say it, that are not true, as proven by you, by saying what you just did.
