How much taurine?

How much taurine?
May 22, 2017 01:08AM
I lack the knowledge of people like Jackie, George N and Eby.

I take 2000 Mg of Taurine in the morning and also before bed.

I would be classed as a healthy old man with my afib being unnoticeable including exercise apart from pulse regularity or ECG.

Only medication is two a half milligrams of Eliquis twice a day.

What would be a worthwhile higher dose of taurine combined with arginine to take?

I realise there are no certainties.

To George N. My computer skills are not in the high side and I can't locate my query to you.

Would you be willing to look at my cardiologist reports and make any suggestions? I accept no responsibility of any kind for you.

Thanks

Alex

Alex - Your dosing of Taurine is certainly within the suggested range.

Refer to the old report on Taurine here:

Also, I've sent you a newer report on taurine that you may find useful as well.

Thanks for the prompt and interesting report Jackie,

I have decided to up my taurine from 2000 mg morning and night to 3 and 4000 mg alternate days which still seems within an acceptable range.

I remember you saying we are all experiments of one.

I will see how this particular one goes.

Thanks

Alex
