Bloating from veggis

I have finally found a salad with kale, cabbage and broccoli that I like -- I add dried cranberries to offset the bitterness. I get very bloated and am wondering if there is something natural I can take before or after eating it. I do not like to take things like Beano or Gas-X (I never have because it seems weird to take a drug in order to eat something healthy!)
