Anyone Familiar With IP6 For Cancer?

This supplement is getting quite a lot of publicity recently as a cure for cancer. It's also claimed to alleviate the effects of chemotherapy and help treat depression, diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease and kidney stones.

Quite a list - maybe too many claims?

I'm particularly interested in the cancer cure aspect as a friend recently died of Oesophageal cancer, another friend's sister has been diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer and there's a possibility (I haven't had all the tests yet) that I may have Prostate cancer.

Any comments especially personal experiences very welcome.
