For the past week, I have had diarrhea off and on all day (small amounts). I have not changed my supplements. I did travel and for 5 days was in the midwest (I live is SoCal) so the time was off and I know my supplements were often not timed correctly. Then when I came home (after only 5 days -- just enough time to adjust to midwest time) it was time to turn the clocks back.
For the life of me, I cannot understand why 1 little hour should made a difference, but I seem to be tired for a week both spring and fall after the time change. Could this be causing the diarrhea? Also, I suppose I could have a stomach virus that has nothing to do with supplements.
Could the time changes be causing this? Should I just persevere with regular supplements and "wait it out?"
