For well over the the past year, my focus on Energy Medicine has expanded to include an ongoing interest in the momentum picking up tremendous speed regarding Restorative or Anti-Aging Medicine. Life Extension Foundation published a report on the plant extract, Quercetin, that is highly beneficial. I've used it for seasonal allergies that just surfaced last year...first time in all these years...and I find for that alone, it's absolutely amazing, but this report also lists the many life-extending, antiaging benfits of which everyone should be aware.
The report includes 80 study references.
