Hans, When to take Iosol?

Hans,

The directions don't say how to take Iosol--with meals or on an empty stomach? When is the best time to take it? I will only be starting with one drop in 2 oz. of water per day.

I put one drop in my morning protein shake.

Thanks, Hans. Sounds like it is best to take it with food. I'll put it in my warm water that I drink with breakfast which has 1 tsp. of ribose in it. Does that sound okay?

Nancy,

I am not aware of any evidence of a detrimental interaction between iodine and ribose so taking them together should be OK. I do have both in my morning protein shake.
