Are you doing okay? Has there been improvements to the symptoms you were experiencing? Or is this purely a cancellation due to the COV-19 virus?by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m experiencing something similar. Although my episodes are of much briefer duration of only a few minutes at a time, and it didn’t start occurring til week 4 post-procedure. Even though they’re brief, they can restart just minutes after calming down. I hope it will stop all together very soon. I’m not taking anything right now except the Eliquis.by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM

One thing that can be noticed following an ablation, is the elevated resting heart rate. And don’t think that just because your heart rate is fine a few hours after the procedure that it will stay that way. It might rise slowly over the course of the first week or two. My heart rate was low for about 4 days after, and is now increasing. I hope it will not go up any further at this point. I hby allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
I just got back from having a procedure done with Natale in the new EP lab. I flew half way across the United States to have him as my doctor. I can feel a huge difference already. He is such a blessing and I am so thankful for not only Natale and TCAI, but Shannon and all of the other wonderful people on this forum. Thank you all so much!by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
Dr. M should get an ablation with Natale. It would improve their relationship, plus he'd probably feel a lot better, too.by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've seen several posts by members of this forum confirming their low vitamin D status. Is there anyone that has had AF for many years, but did a lot of outdoor/sunshine work, maintained a normal ~65 Vitamin D level, yet who still had frequent episodes? Thanks.by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM

Under the Affordable Care Act, I thought pre-existing condition clauses were no longer legal. Maybe this is a grandfathered plan? See link below: Pre-existing conditionsby allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
According to Steve Ryan's website, his afib returned and he had another catheter ablation done (this time in Santa Monica, CA). I haven't called Apple support. About a month or two ago when I was feeling worse, the Apple Watch did give an EKG result that it detected atrial fibrillation. This happened several times, and has since stopped. Now, I consistently get the 'inconclusive' readings. I don't think I have ever received an 'alert', this was just results of their EKG app. Thatby allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks for the feedback! 90% of the time it says 'inconclusive', regardless of current heart rate. I'm very pleased whenever I get the off reading that says SR.by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
For those that have an Apple Watch (that can take an EKG) and have had an ablation... Does the Apple Watch give a status of Sinus Rhythm for your EKGs? Or do you get consistent readings of 'Inconclusive'?by allofus - AFIBBERS FORUM
