Jackie, Just reading about Wobenzym N. Not sure I like the fact that it contains pig and cow pancreas!! Vitalzym looks to be totally vegetarian though. Having looked at the ingredients of both, I'm figuring pig and cow or not, the Wobenzym would be the most useful additin to my existing regimen of Serrapeptase and Nattokinase - would you agree Jackie? I've been taking 40,000 unit serrapeptase and 3 x 2000 unit nattokinase for several months now. That said, I just did a bit of reading that suggested that it might not be wise to take them both together. Also; I'm wondering if AFrs might well all get some benefit from serrapeptase on the basis that it helps reduce fibrosis in the atria. Just wondering.... I had an Exatest in 2010 and wonder about having it done again to provide an obviously more up to date picture. Thing is, what I aren't so sure about is whether or not the test resuts can actually vary a lot day-to-day as it were? I seem to be in a cycle this last few months of 10 days OK and then 10 days constant ectopy - lots of PACs/PVCs with compensatory pauses, sometimes in runs and real weird feeling jumbles/groups that make you gasp and catch your breath!
