L -- I love salty food! Over the past several years I've used the potassium salt substitute exclusively. Took some getting use to at first. Now I'm totally fine with it, and can have all the saltiness I want. Also like the taste of the herb salt subs (eg, Mrs. Dash, etc). /Lby LarryG - AFIBBERS FORUM

Wife tried a new roasted cauliflower recipe last week. Dee-lish! And so simple... a little EVOO, garlic, pepper, and a light sprinkle of parmesan-reggiano after the dish comes out of the oven. I then added some No-Salt (potassium) at the table. Outstanding! /Lby LarryG - AFIBBERS FORUM

Think the phrase: "would never have to worry about it again for the rest of his life" needs to be defined. But there's a bridge in Brooklyn I'd be willing to sell to this doc for the price he's charging for an ablation in CA. Would you pass this on for me, L? ;>) Thanks! /Lby LarryG - AFIBBERS FORUM
Always, J. Also assess other abnormal heart sounds... murmurs, gallops, etc. /Lby LarryG - AFIBBERS FORUM
Healthful beams being sent your way, J! John's experience may serve as a reminder that there are risks associated with ablations... and actually any procedure... which we don't often discuss here. /Lby LarryG - AFIBBERS FORUM
