In a recent discussion I had with a doctor I got the impression that she thought a patient having frequent but brief Afib episodes had a greater stroke risk than a patient with less frequent but much longer episodes. Three days ago I suffered a very minor stoke effecting my left arm. By examining a download of my pacemaker, it was determined that I had been in solid NSR for the past five months and that therefore AFIB probably played no role in this event. In the past you have recommended both the tocotrienol and gamma tocopherol forms of vitamin E. Should I also be taking a mixed tocopherol E supplement as well and what dosages are we talking about?
