I can't tell you how many people on another a-fib forum get a-fib after alcohol. Strongly related. Coffee was not a trigger with me at all, but sugar and alcohol were. Anyway, the magnesium water helped with PVC's and weird strings of beats remarkedly. It was actually quite incredible. Here is a link.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Very, very occasionally I would get about five seconds or so of something that felt like a-fib was trying to get started like the old days, but then it would quit. In my layperson mindset, I believe since Dr. Natale burned such incredible lines in my heart (in 2013) and essentially "boxed" and created isolation the a-fib had nowhere to go. The magnesium water I started drinking helped.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have a Waller Water question. I've been making it for about a month, and it's of course fantastic. I've been taking 4oz into a 40oz Yeti knockoff that I drink all day, and a second 40oz and 4 oz portion in the evening. How much do all of you take, and have any of you done something like a RBC magnesium test to see if you get a big raise in level since taking it? Thanks.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
You may want to try the homebrew magnesium bicarbonate water for PVC's. It makes a difference! Specifically, magnesium bicarbonate water is absorbed in a much better percentage than pills or tablets, without bowel disturbance. Here's the link.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
With me testosterone restoration improves pretty much all aspects of my life, including optimistic outlook, thought, sleep, libido, bloodwork, raised my estrogen levels so I'm not at risk of osteoporosis like before, I don't sweat the small stuff anymore, cured my on and off anemia issue, muscle tone, stamina....however it didn't help with run-on sentences. Hope it helps.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I know you didn't ask, but I have been using the Good Sense brand MOM magnesium hydroxide from Amazon to make my own magnesium bicarbonate water. This particular brand does not have bleach like 90% of the store brands. Having great results with my magnesium water!by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I don't see the dose of Vitamin D listed, or even if it was Vitamin D3 (critically important). Usually, in these biased studies, the dose is pitifully low, too low to make any difference.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Quoterocketritch I don't remember what my dosage was but they had me stop because my RBC count was getting high and they wanted to re-evaluate. I was off for over 8 months when I was tested again. My free "T" level is 4.39 ng/dl which I think is low and my Total "T" it 169 ng/dl which is very low for a 53 yo. However, my doctor seems to think this is normal. I've been on testosterone (shots) for over ten years. It does not make you feel "hyped up" or anything out of the ordinary at all. Period. It started because my wife was quite ill and not getting any good answers from HMO type doctors. We eventually found a D.O. doctor who for moderate $$$ does extended visits to get to the root of things. Bioidentical hormone doctor visits and conby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Todd, I followed Dr. Natale for four years before making my move. That, and seeing three other EP's in the greater Los Angeles area that offered me zero hope. In the four years I tracked Dr. Natale, here on this website I saw many, many patients finally fixed. Once I made up my mind to see Dr. N, I just turned myself over to the process and let the magic happen. That was December 2013. Iby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've been taking fish oil since 2004, four capsules a day. And I've been taking Xarelto since it came out. Still here.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I did check into Neo40, but found it very expensive, especially over time. With me, the Now brand 1,000 Citrulline tablets work very well. The citrilline/arginine combo also works well along with pycnogenol (100mg, Healthy Origins brand)I can see a huge difference in the veins standing up on my arms and hands, and I was taking it honestly to help in the bedroom as well. It has made a difference.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Dr. Andrea Natale did a index ablation of my long standing persistent a-fib in Dec. 2013. I was a complete mess at the time, felt physically disabled. Not a blip of a-fib since. Zero. My complete ablation report is here under my screen name, Dr. Natale did a TON of work.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I can only speak for myself, but the only EP that I would allow to do a procedure or do anything invasive on me is Dr. Natale. I'm still in perfect sinus since my ablation in Dec. 2013. I was in a-fib 24/7, and a real mess, but I just took my Xarelto and waited months on his list until it was my day.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Agree with everything you said about Dr. Natale and his staff. Please follow up on your sleep apnea, I think it's what led me down the road to ruin with my a-fib. Did you get your results back? I've been on my CPAP machine now for eight years. It's a love hate relationship, but I wear the lousy thing absolutely every night. Neilby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Catherine, your feelings are understandable. It's not trivial surgery. But in my case, I was SO looking forward to my day with Dr. Natale. Why? Simply put, I was at the end of my rope. I had hit bottom. I felt disabled by my long standing, full time a-fib. I had seen three local EP's in the Los Angleles, none gave me hope. I joined every a-fib message board I could find. I did my DD. Thby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hi Rocket, I'm sure you'll be in good hands. Did Dr. Natale do any of your other ablations? Neilby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Enfibber, I hope you get some relief soon. I had nine years of progressively worsening a-fib, and the last year and a half I was in full time 24/7 a-fib. At one point I did have a cardioversion, and it did last for about a year. Your comments about your years of very advanced hiking brought back a memories of a couple of people I know. Both were avid cyclists that put in hundreds of miby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Rocket, It's worth traveling to see Dr. Natale. I did. Best wishes.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
It's been over four years since my Natale ablation, and I have had perfect beats since. And I would know, I'm one of those that is VERY affected by a-fib, back when I had it I was in misery every second.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Sue, Sorry to lay my big post on you. I started writing a bit, and it just poured out! It would be best to ask Shannon about what options are best, he knows quite a lot. Or wait until the new choices at the next open enrollment and then PM Shannon and get the best options. One thing came to mind, with some of the United Health choices, they may have some decent choices, and many plans,by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Sue, Please don't in any way feel that the following is critical of you personally, or your choice of Kaiser. The following is offered in the spirit that we are all in a pickle with our a-fib, and seeking answers. In that sense, we are all friends here. With that out of the way, I'll get right to it. I had the great misfortune to have Kaiser for a number of years. In the beginningby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Patti Starr, first of all, thank you for your post. If it helps, my life was a complete mess with a-fib. I felt disabled completely. I was plodding through life with no hope. I saw three of the best EP's I could find in Los Angeles, and was given no hope. But I joined three a-fib message boards, and one thing in common on all these boards was I kept seeing Dr. Andrea Natale's name comeby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Sue, our current personal doctor says he doesn't put much stock in the hs-crp test. He's not a cardiologist or an EP, he's our D.O (we pay out of pocket for his mini concierge medicine practice, worth it's weight in gold). His reasoning is that he sees patients all the time, ones that should have sky high CRP readings, but instead they are very low. My hs-CRP, for example,by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Glad I could help Sue. It took me a while to figure out the whole blood testing thing. When I found out about it, some years ago, I said "what, I can order my own tests, MYSELF???". It's so empowering. Pretty thrilling actually. Well, at least to me.by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Sue, Well, no matter who you buy the blood test from, you would still be going to LabCorp. How it works is LabCorp is a very large nationwide corporation. A big buck operation. They don't sell tests to individuals, only to "qualified" parties. There are much smaller outfits that can buy, wholesale, these tests from LabCorp. Places like Life Extension, Discounted Labs, andby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
I know that for me the day after my Dr. Natale ablation I felt like I had been hit by a bus. I shuffled around like a 95 year old man. If I had to do stairs, I would have had to go up three stairs, slowly, rest, and go three more, etc. By two days later I could have done the stairs you mention, and by four or five days later I was pushing a full shopping cart at Costco. And those are big carts!by onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Let's not be too hasty. If one drives any sort of vehicle that's a work related vehicle, that could be a huge liability issue for the company. If one has to climb ladders, crawl under houses, or be in a hot attic, you could have a medical issue. With my A-fib towards the end when the Sotalol was not working well at all, I felt disabled actually. I'm doing better now, of course, sinby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Sue, I had some thoughts about your post and situation. I had my ablation at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco in December, 2013. At the time we had United Choice Plus insurance, it was very sweet. Everyone was in my network, including Dr. Natale, heck I could have had my pick of any of the staff at the Cleveland Clinc, the Mayo Clinic, or MD Anderson....green checks evby onewaypockets - AFIBBERS FORUM
