Since I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis (at a relatively-young age - 61) I've started eating a spoonful of natto every morning. In addition, I try to eat some form of leafy greens every evening (spinach or kale or arugula). This is despite doing weight training since age 25. Has anyone heard of Transcutaneous Vagal Nerve Stimulation for controlling AFIB: It is a non-invasive method of electrically stimulating the vagus nerve that's being shown to control or eliminate afib in some studies (see above). I never heard of it until I started doing some web searching today. My afib is vagally mediated, so it might work for me. I believe the device is availaby willsdw - AFIBBERS FORUM
