Hello People; I keep getting afib for around 48 hours every 10 days or so and before that every two weeks and before that every month or so. Does anyone know why it comes so regularly. My doctors want me to take a calcium channel blocker. Does anyone have insight on whether I should or not. I keep trying all kinds of supplements and my doc won't give me flecanaid until I'm on channelby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thank you for the info. An ablation has been suggested a few time by my cardiologist but he said it's 50% successful that people won't have to have it again, so I'm leary but keeping it as an option.by tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
Has anyone been trying Nattokinase to counter lone afib? It seems I've tried everything but not sure how long I should be on various supplements before I see any results. My afib sessions have been coming on more frequently and lasting longer. Sometimes twice a week for 30 or so hours. Really don't want to do an ablation and am trying to fix this naturally. Does anyone have the same expby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thank you for your feedback. I was really hoping to avoid any procedures, as I'm quite terrified of all of that. I have had beta blockers and channel blockers prescribed and have only used the beta blocker a few times and it didn't seem to make any difference except it kept my heart rate down a bit while in afib. If Flecainide was working, why did you decide on an ablation and has the aby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hello; I've had what I think is Lone Afib for about 6 years or so. The frequency of occurrences is up to a couple of times a week lasting between 24 and 48 hours. Before that it was once every month then increasing to once every 2 weeks. That's in the past 3 months. Does this seem like a good time to look at ablation or some other invasive process or to keep trying all my supplements anby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello all; I'm just finally coming into this site after starting to read Hans Larsen's book. I'm only on page 47. I'm wondering how much extra weight (50lbs) contributes to lone afib. Cardiologists keep telling me that many thin people get it and they haven't been able to attribute it to excess weight. Does that sound ridiculous or are there many posts on this site attby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've had it for 5 years with varying frequency and I used to be devastated by it then got it in the middle of a 4 hour walk and realized if I can survive that, I'll try to just relax as much as possible and carry on, when I do get it. I have a high stress job I love and am past 60 and have worked many different days with it and realized even though my concentration isn't quite theby tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
I'm brand new to this site and am wondering if it's common to have afib and dizziness. And when the afib stops and there's still dizziness, has this happened to anyone? Thank you for any input.by tindellery - AFIBBERS FORUM
