I have taken Nattokanase since about 2007. I had a stroke in 2006 from Warfarin and having UC. Research found Nattokanase on the internet. The only symptoms I had was a weird tingle feeling in my right arm and ringing in my right ear. After six cat scans the white squiggle in my brain shrunk to nothing. I take 100mg morning and night. My sister was a nurse and knew two males who had the Watchman procedure, developed complications and died. I was in the hospital earlier in January 2025 for Fludder and Afib and they gave me one tablet of Eloquest and I dumped a large amount of blood in my stool. I had not had that for years with my UC. After that they gave me no more and the bleeding went away. I have been taking Nattokanase 100by Kenai - AFIBBERS FORUM

I have been on Diltiazem and Metaprolol since 2014 when my Afib started. I agree with Dr. Joel Wallach that Afib is caused by nerves getting mashed with T-4 in your spine. I have been taking a long list of supplements for years. The side effect is no colds, flu or seasonal allergies. I exercise regularly and am a non-smoker. I do need to lose 70 lbs though.
