That's fantastic information George, thank you! It will take a bit to get my head around it but at first reading and watching a few videos it seems to make sense By chance or instinctively i;ve been drinking distilled water (our tap water has fluoride added) for the last 2 years or so with added Na, K, Si,Se, borax and MSM (dimethyl sulfone) - all in small amounts Mg - probably a teaspoon/by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you George! very clear! The iodine protocol is intriguing to me. In 2015, prior to going into permanent AF for about 4 month, i supplemented with Kelp tablets 1gx6 for a few weeks (medial scientist's recommendation). The doctors suspected that my AF was brought on by the iodine in kelp. After some months my TSH kept going up and at 6.4 or so the GP put me on Eutrosig 50mg (the hospitby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Suspect one should endeavour to manage both regardless if they are related or not. The best book i've read on diabetes control T1 and T2 is by Dr Bernstein. FWIW, i take flec as PIP 50mg and if it does not convert i take another 50mg several hours later (4 to8 depending how i feel) .After an episode (had about 4 this year, probably due to slacking off with diet etc) i take 50 mg twice a day for a week or so and than once/day for another week or so till the next episode. Thanks for that info update Barry! That's where i most likely watched/listened to it as well. Without looking deeply into it, my take is, what's the downside of doing it (earthing). Must be something in fish oil as mentioned that increases AF otherwise people who predominantly eat fish would all or at least the majority have AF. Do they???by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Interesting Berry ! How did you make your grounding mat/what materials? Personal experiences are very useful for forming lines of investigations rather than just dismissing them. Seem to recall from a video Sinatra (cardiologist) who thought that grounding was all bulltish. He put blood under a microscope prior and after grounding and found that the platelets didn't clump after grounding lby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Isn't grounding supposed to affect the Zeta potential (vague memory) and that in turn reduces platelets aggregation If that has any other affects i have no idea but would love to see some science on it.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Some time ago an older friend changed from Warferin to Xeralto and he thought it was the best since sliced bread. Maybe it was a year or two after starting on Xeralto he had bad side effects and had to stop. At the time he was talking about some class action in Germany relating to Xeralto... Just came across this and it seems all is not quite right? Since some of us might be on Xeralto it mayby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

I never had Herpes in any shape or form in my 74 years. There is an antibodies test: QuoteVZV IgG antibody testing can be used, along with IgM testing, to help confirm the presence of a recent or previous VZV infection. Viral detection involves finding VZV in a blood, fluid, or tissue sample. This can be done either by culturing the virus or by detecting the virus's genetic material (VZV DNby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

QuoteDoes amiodarone affect QRS duration? Amiodarone's effect on QRS duration is between that of the IB and IA agents consistent with its tau rec of 1.5 seconds. Moricizine's effects on QRS duration are more marked than would be expected from its tau rec of 2.6 seconds but may be explained by the slow onset of inactivation block.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Dr Paul Mason is a Sydney based doctor. In this presentation he talks about dealing with causes of illness. It resonated with me when i look around family and friends circles. Good post Susan Some say that the main beneficial effect of statins is their efficacy for reducing inflammation Some doctors used it to reduce the cytokine storm to great effect in people infected with Covid. Wonder to what extent inflammation contributes to AF?by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Hope it works for you first time Mel-O! Ablations do work but what i don't understand is why no researcher (are they even looking) can't explain paroxysmal AF. After all, something triggers AF and something else stops it again. As a fellow sufferer i wonder if there is even a will (incentive?) to find out basic cause(s)by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

QuoteGeorgeN What's the difference between irregular heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV)? To give you an order of magnitude, 1 second = 1000 milliseconds (ms). Sixty beats/minutes (BPM) = 1 beat/second. A variance of 100 ms would be 6 BPM. My 30 something daughter has HRV around 120 ms, I have 40-50 ms. In afib, it is not uncommon to have a beats go from 60 BPM to 120.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
