As you say, nothing to lose. Reminds me when i had a stiff neck and saw a GP who also does acupuncture. After being 'needled' for 20 minutes he asked me to turn my head and it was still restricted to one side. He began to 'fiddle' with a needle on my ear and it thought what the hell will that do. To my surprise my head turned in both directions freely after the procedureby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Quotekong2018 It's been a while that I haven't logged into this forum, more than 7 years actually. I had first afib episode in August 2017, and got 10 episodes total til September 2018, then for some reason, it all stopped for a good 4 years until I took the 2nd dose of the god damn COVID vaccine. Then the episode just got more frequent, from once a few months, everyday, and now Iby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
This study might explain some of the cases of AF?by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Two years ago my Spine T-score was -1.7. Had another scan late last year and it increased to -3.1! My blood mineral values are optimal as is my testosterone. Reasonably physical active but since the last scan i began the ONERO program. Apparently weight is needed to stimulate osteoblasts. Also increased my protein intake and began supplementing 1g of egg shell/day. Haven't taken any calciby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
QuoteQwackertoo Very interesting. I will have to re-read this, a lot of info to digest in a quick read thru. The calcium affect, I recently, Oct thru early Jan, was popping lots of Tums, extra strength, for a new symptom of seemingly "burping air" from my esophagus region, didn't seem to help. But I did chew many per day during that time frame and wound up with a few afib episby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Mine began in mid 2015 and was continuous for almost 4 months. Spent 5 or 6 days in hospital (waste of time) and had 2 cardioversions. first one was good for 1 hour, second one (several weeks later held for months (forget how long exactly. Cardiologist told me that mine will be permanent and my atria was quite enlarged. Didn't take to beta blockers. Went to an alternative (she actually lectby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Good luck Nancy! You answered what you should do to improve your chances of slowing down progression. My AF was for almost 4 months permanent in 2015. Cardiologist and EP gave me nocebos but i decided to listen to other advise. Have so far been almost AF free but take Flecainide as PIP, kept my BMI at about 22 but i'm fitter now than i was in 2015 (74 y/o now)by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Dr Seyfried is onto something that's not acknowledged by the mainstream . i'm familiar with his work and the work of many others, including 'mainstream'. My wife was recently diagnosed with oesophageal cancer that extends into the stomach lining. We had a consultation with the second in charge (oncologist) from one of the top oncology hospitals in Australia. He said thby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
That's fantastic information George, thank you! It will take a bit to get my head around it but at first reading and watching a few videos it seems to make sense By chance or instinctively i;ve been drinking distilled water (our tap water has fluoride added) for the last 2 years or so with added Na, K, Si,Se, borax and MSM (dimethyl sulfone) - all in small amounts Mg - probably a teaspoon/by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you George! very clear! The iodine protocol is intriguing to me. In 2015, prior to going into permanent AF for about 4 month, i supplemented with Kelp tablets 1gx6 for a few weeks (medial scientist's recommendation). The doctors suspected that my AF was brought on by the iodine in kelp. After some months my TSH kept going up and at 6.4 or so the GP put me on Eutrosig 50mg (the hospitby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Suspect one should endeavour to manage both regardless if they are related or not. The best book i've read on diabetes control T1 and T2 is by Dr Bernstein. FWIW, i take flec as PIP 50mg and if it does not convert i take another 50mg several hours later (4 to8 depending how i feel) .After an episode (had about 4 this year, probably due to slacking off with diet etc) i take 50 mg twice a day for a week or so and than once/day for another week or so till the next episode. Thanks for that info update Barry! That's where i most likely watched/listened to it as well. Without looking deeply into it, my take is, what's the downside of doing it (earthing). Interesting Berry ! How did you make your grounding mat/what materials? Personal experiences are very useful for forming lines of investigations rather than just dismissing them. Seem to recall from a video Sinatra (cardiologist) who thought that grounding was all bulltish. Isn't grounding supposed to affect the Zeta potential (vague memory) and that in turn reduces platelets aggregation If that has any other affects i have no idea but would love to see some science on it.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
