Hi everyone, UPDATE: It seems that I have started going into afib quite frequently, and am also experiencing a strange uncomfortable sensation (very mild level of pain) just under my right breast and to the right of center. I spoke with my primary doctor, and he said it was probably something muscular, but of course, he didn't check. I have been experiencing this since the week beforeby Flame1947 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks for your comments Phill. I will bear that in mind, but first, I think I'm going to try to get an appointment with Dr. Natale in Austin and see what he has to say. Everybody on here seems so knowledgeable about Afib, and it makes me realize how little I know about something that I've been dealing with for almost 3 years. However, I will say that after reading a lot of the posts onby Flame1947 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Clay, At some time during last night, I made the decision to make arrangements to get in touch with Dr. Natale. Since finding this forum earlier this week, and reading about the experiences of various members, it seemed like the logical thing to do. I wanted to go the natural remedy route, but haven't come up with a solution following that line of thinking. Now, after reading aboutby Flame1947 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I really appreciate the input from you guys. I'm trying to come up with some alternative course of treatment that doesn't involve taking a lot of drugs, which don't seem to be helping anyway. I've made an appointment with an acupuncturist/Doctor of Oriental Medicine for next week, and want to see what she has to say. Thanks for the feedback Jason. I am still pondering this decision, but as you said there are no easy solutions. Getting old is rough. LOLby Flame1947 - AFIBBERS FORUM
I was diagnosed with afib in 2014. Since that time, they have had me on Atenolol twice a day and a 325mg aspirin once a day. I had major surgery in 2016 and the afib really flared up non stop for 10 days and the placed me on Amiodarone once a day, Metropolol twice a day and Digoxin once a day. Needless to say, I wasn't real happy about this drug cocktail, but saw no other course of action.by Flame1947 - AFIBBERS FORUM
