Susan, Getting the body back on track through nutrition and supplements takes time. As far as I am concerned, magnesium supplementation is the closest thing afibbers have for a magic pill. But, undoubtedly, there are many other vitamins and minerals that are out of adjustment, too, from not- quite right- nutrition and depletion from stress. Sammy ...so glad to hear about your post ablation. I think I agree with Fran about the meds contributing your heart rate. I have heard that from many and I too had that and could not tolerate it ..so stay on just the toprol. It really works for me. I am symptom free.
