Hi Shannon, Thanks for all the info, would 2 short episodes in 10 Years require anything except the supplement program? I just have a general practitioner at the moment, hopefully I can be granted 10 more years of no episode! Joeby joey1974 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi George, Thanks for the info, so I should start with mag first? Then start adding a little of pat in a powder form I have been on BP pill for 10 years, and it said my mag level was low End of normal on serum test so I would bet an exatest shows low for sure .....does anyone have an opinion Or have experience in a short episode and nothing until 10 years later? Hi all, Sorry for all the questions but I want to try and make sure I can hualt this where it started, I have only had 2 small episodes in 10 years and I noticed on both doctors reports it said K level low supplement orally? is that just regular potassium? I consider myself to be a moderatley intelligent person so I assume both times my K level went low for some reason caused this to happen? I aby joey1974 - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi All, I am a 39 year old male I had a briee Episode of afib 10years ago went to the ER had a HR of 150 and I converted with Cardizem in about an hour it was really scarey but odd because I have dealt with anxity since my early teens and would often have panic attacks. I thought at first this is what it was but i felt the fluttering and knew it was different. All tests were done blood, echo, aby joey1974 - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thanks Hans!, I have one question does anyone know where I can get the exatest? and also if I do start these supplements before the extatest and i am not deficiant which I believe i am.....do this pose a greater risk in an afib attack? due to the strong cardiac attributes of these supplemets? in simple terms it wont overload me and cause a problem? I know there are alot of experienced people oby joey1974 - AFIBBERS FORUM
does anyone know what you should start supplementing in doses and how many mg of each? as it relates to magnesium, potassium, and taurine? and are they all the same or do they have to be a certian type?...also is 2 episodes in 10 years enough to start this protocol? or can i do more damage than good by taking to much? I take 2..... 25mg metoprolol a day and also 1... 40mg lisinopril a day now forby joey1974 - AFIBBERS FORUM
