Hi Lance, thanks for the recommendation, I will definitely look into it. When I was on Metoprolol, Flecainide and Eliquis before and shortly after ablation, my GI system was ruined by these medications. I am off meds for 2-3 months now, my stomach is still not 100% normal. As for the K2, I am on the 2nd bottle of Sports Research Vitamin K2 as MK-7 100mcg, and finally realized that it causes mby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM

QuoteJoyWin These drugs can cause arrhythmia. They keep telling me about the risks and benefits, but I see it as being between a rock and a hard place. Joy, thanks for sharing your experience with Prolia. I am sorry it did not work well. I looked up online, all Osteoporosis drugs can cause Atrial Fibrillation, there is no heart safe drugs for itby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
QuoteGeorgeN The Osteostrong developer has a Kindle book on Amazon. The gist is the device (as I understand it) safely applies a load greater than 4.2x your weight (or 7x your weight for a faster response). Thanks for the information, George, I will look into it. From a quick glance at some of book review, this training is very hard on the joints and may not be suitable for everyone.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Quotesusan.d I make bone broth and freeze so I can eat daily. It’s rich in calcium if you add 1 tablespoons of vinegar and cook a while (crock pot) , let cool and the next day skim or remove the fat with a nut bag you can buy on Amazon. My GP is Harvard educated and got a second degree in nutrition and gave me the recipe . Hi Susan, thanks for your reply. I just received my bone density scan reby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM

I was considering getting the new booster shot for Covid this week, then came across this article, now I am hesitating. "We analyzed the molecular pathways of new mRNA vaccines and found they may potentially provoke electric disturbances, specifically regarding their effects on the ACE system and the role of the spike protein in the contest of cardiovascular complication [87,88]. QuoteLenlec Hi this is my 2nd ablation. 1srt one was a cryo in sept 2021 The ep on my 2nd said he found gaps in my LU PV Just got to hope this was a little blip ?? So your 1st ablation lasted 2 years. Is your 2nd EP saying some of the PV lesions created by the Cryo are re-connected?by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
QuoteWhyMe Flec would be my best guess since it targets rhythm (instead of rate). But unfortunately for some ppl (me!) Flec does not work on its own unless combined with a betablocker....hence me dealing with very low BP in order to fight these stupid PACs that are sticking around even after my Ablation with Natale 40 days ago. I've had very low blood pressure after ablation (70/40), had tby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Most Tyramine rich foods are also Histamine rich. Both Tyramine and Histamine are known cause for arrhythmia.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I had really bad indigestion and bloating stomach when I was taking Metoprolol Succinate, Flecainide and Eliquis before and after ablation. I am fully recovered after stopping these meds. Not sure which one was the culprit though.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
QuoteThe Anti-Fib There is a saying than AFIB begets AFIB", and likewise NSR begets NSR. Momentum is important is the struggle against AFIB, so why continue with a known triggering activity, when there are alternative forms of exercise and sport that probably won't trigger your AFIB. Thanks for reminding me this. I just bought the pickleball setby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM

For people who had successfully ablations, do you feel 100% normal as pre-Afib? I am 7 weeks post ablation and thankfully no Afib. However, my heart and lung don't have the same capacity as before. I used to walk 3 miles every day, now 1-mile slow walking makes me tired and dizzy. I know I am still in blanking period and blood pressure still low (80'/50'), but I can't help toby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
thanks gloaming, I find this video informative. I have been using several different forms of Mag, one of them is Calm Citrate from Costco. I examined the label after watched the video, for some reason on the front it says Magnesium Citrate but on the back the fact label indicates as Magnesium Carbonate? I am a little confused and annoyed that I have been using the inorganic form.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
If I hear correctly he said intermittent fasting has a greater risk of inflammation? How?by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, thanks for reminding me this. I had a Mag RBC test done in February 3 month after I started taking Mag, had a 6.4mg/dl which is at the high end of the normal range. By now it could be even higher as I never stopped taking magnesium. I will stop it and see if my BP decreases. Your Mag intake is crazily highby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Just want to give an update. I am 5 weeks post ablation. I stopped Flecainide and Metoprolol 3 weeks ago (2 weeks post ablation) per PA because of the concern of low blood pressure. 3 weeks past, my BP still remaining low, 75-85 over 45-55. This is frustrating as I thought once I stop the meds my BP would be recovered to my normal level (100-70). Afraid of anemia, last week I had a blood workby Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sorry but If I were you, I would not go to the wedding. I would give my heart enough time to heal fully. Your heart is your top priority.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m one month post ablation, fortunately Afib free. My one month average HRV is 20 and one year average HRV is 40. My HRV shot up to 150 when I was in Afib prior to ablation, contributed to higher yearly average of HRV.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
Marco, from what I read, propafenone and flecainide are generally used for the same patients. If one isn't tolerated, the other one serves as a back up. Proarrhythmia is the potential problem for both of these meds.by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
I will be so scared if my HR is so high. Are you not concerned with the risk of 1:1 conduction atrial flutter?by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
QuoteGeorgeN Flec is commonly prescribed with a beta blocker to mitigate the low risk of 1:1 conduction atrial flutter. Mine was not prescribed with a BB and I've never taken a BB. Hi George, what's your typical heart rate when in an Afib episode? I am assuming not very high and you are not very symptomatic?by Yuxi - AFIBBERS FORUM
