Oooops. Sorry 15 mg. 3 - 5s sublingualby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
No green tea. I know of quercetin and probably should add that. I stay away from my triggers. Im already a wired type so no maca no creatine no tribulis but i do drink a small amount of coffee ea am. No issue. Ok gonna look at a revamp tweaked away from known trouble makers But appreciate the info!by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Ok awesome info. Im sensitive so no maca and no creatine. I started using it last October. In 3 weeks i went into afib. 21hrs. Not flutter ! Afib but converted. Then i read studies saying it can cause arrhythmias even in young. But the d aspatic acid sounds great. What brand? Powder? Amazon? Thanks Tby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
T does naturally decrease with age. So does that make it ok? Afib cases increase with age. Hips go bad with age. Mental sharpness decreases with age. Sex drive decreases with age etc etc. we all want that magic bullet and im not saying T is it. But it does have possible promise in improving some issues. They readily hand out hormones to women in menopause and post. Like Primarin. My mom took it.by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Right Brian im not sure if T is technically a steriod like anavar or dianibol etc. and of course no one knows what is the right level for a particular person given age & other health factors. Even though i was 350 my Dr said no way! Saying i was maintaining muscle and had no sexual issues. 2 yrs ago mine came from a Mens Clinic - you see them advertised. Its an interesting subject but i guessby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Oh and D 5000. My D 3 weeks ago was 77 in physical. I need to add probiotics and citrulline. Is that taken on empty stomach? Fenugreek too. Ive never used itby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks van good stuff. Im on 50 zinc. D Aspartic acid? I know citrulline is found in watermelon rind. Sorta like arginine too? Ok good ideas. I maintain good muscle at 67 plus and no issues yet otherwise lol. But ill add some of that safelyby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Very interesting story Held! Thankyou. Yes if you had PC then T is gas on a fire. Wonder what your T number was at time of PC diagnosis? Life Extension eluded to the thought that most men diagnosed with PC have low T. If high T caused PC then boys 18-30 what have it? Sounds like youve found a happy medium & im greatful. My RBC got to 15.7 so thats when i began donations. But ive heard thatby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gaba not gabapentin. Its a mild calming amino acid. Do i drive ? Lol i have a Porsche. Uh yes Dont put me in the rest home yet Susan Tby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Agree, what about 1/2 cc ea week. I agree there are ups and downs , i would notice the beneficial effect for say 5 days then it waned Have you noticed any adverse heart action? Or do you think its actually better? Do you use a gel? Inject in hip or thigh? Tby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Yes and 15 mg sublingual melatonin. I get up and stagger towards my bird feeders to fill lol Carey im like a helium balloon but at least youre holding the stringby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Good point Brian. I was using such a low dose that there was no noticeable effect from discontinuation 1 cc per week is recommended. I was using 1/2 cc every 2-3 weeks for maybe 6-9 months. It was a perfect amount it seemec. But i was playing Dr which isnt smart But a tad of T isnt gonna hurt much. But everything improved especially the week following use.by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
As time goes by I believe T use will become very scientific and its use more mainstream but monitored All i know is i felt great and i used 1/2 cc every 2 - 4 weeks. Low! By blood type is AB neg the rarest. I also have 5 PVs not 3 or 4 My dad is 95. Hes perfect! Were it not for my heart electrical crap id be vg! But…….by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
They did blood work last fri. All good. No anemia. ECV was 7 days ago. Propofol. Yesterday felt vg. Day before tired off on. Today 25% weaker than normal. Idk i also have anxiety some so any tweak and i fall apart. Im use to feeling great. Been a rough 4 months. 3/10 cardioversion 3/29!ablation. May 8 days of flutter. Some yrs ago. Many? Maybe it was George & couple others that brought up (here) the idea that low T (sorry fems) might be a factor in increased risk and occurrence of afib. I had mine tested a few yrs ago. 375. Low but in the range of 300-1100. Life Extension had a great expose on T couple yrs ago. It DOES NOT cause prostate cancer. If psa is high or u had PC then no! What happens when T goesby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Ive been on 10 mg eliquis since prior to my 3/29 ablation cept some 5 mg in June when i went nsr. But lately ive had some weak tired lazy sleepy lethargic days lately. Is this a side effect of Eliquis? At all common? Im normally a ball of fire. My other meds are Propananol 10/10 which is lower than ever. HR 60s. BP 135/78 at 4 pm. I use cbd melatonin 15 mg a a few mgs of valium and some Gaba allby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Lol thanks for the shot of confidence! I sent a Kardia to them today. Looked nsr at 69 so all good 7 days post cardioversion But honestly i may at least be carefree a few days prior if im in nsr so as to ignite the flutterby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
I actually had that thought! Alcohol is my trigger but im on eliquis MSG is another. Guess i could go out for some spicy mexican food? Also a few yrs ago tried 1/2 cc of testosterone once a month. Everytime ! Id have a flutter that night or a few days later but terminating This last episode ???? A family death and boom 4 hrs later began 6 days of flutter Indigestion Testosterone Alcohol Anby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM

I was cardioverted last Friday 7/16 from 7 days in flutter. During the following days Austin called with my new date as i had already begun the rescheduling process. So as of now 9/14 is my new Dr Natale date unless a cancel gets me earlier. Dr Natale has made it clear: no cardioversion near ablation date and theyve told me arriving in Flutter would be ideal. Idk if thatll happen? But……why is tby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Well explained George. Thanks its helps many of us especially me as i have a date in Austin 9/14 Tby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Genie. Carey has put me at ease telling me to just ride it out with my rate meds should i go back in flutter and then ill get to Austin. Right now im 69 Ive got 7.5 weeks unless there s a cancellation Hey id love to hear your whole story. From start to now. Afib ablations flutter LAA Watchman etc. When you feel like it send me a PM. No urgency Tomby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Yes last weeks bout of flutter confirmed on 2 ekgs tues and fri reached 115-118 tops back in early March pre ablation i was 144 so i asked Dr Holshouser this on Fri: he said could just be a new or different circuit that behaves differently, ive had pvi twice now. SVC. Right flutter. He said some roof line?? Anyway alot so im holpful Natale can find “the elusive butterfly” and kill it. But yes 115by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Fresh off my 7/16 cardioversion and Dr Holshouser’s advice : “go to Natale”. Amy just called this morning: my new procedure date is Sept 14 but im on any cancellation list. So waiting it out not too bad , its what to do should i go back into Flutter again. Dr Natale does not want a cardioversion close to procedure date and they prefer i arrive in the bad rythm. So we ll see. My son lives/works inby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Yes Gill Jill is correct. Just plug in your state here and youll get some recommendations or travel like to Bordeaux or Austin. But its all about the operator and his her experience! And number of ablationsby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Nightime afib is classic. Vagal. The problem with this condition is: it does not get better and almost always progresses …….so imo. You remind me of a close female friend older than me 75. Im 67. She started with short self termination episodes a few yrs ago. They became more frequent and longer lasting but still self terminated no meds no cardioversion. I begged her to see an EP not! Hi Marge. Is the flutter right or left? Are svt s confirmed on ekg? As ive stated before i had strong fatigue from taking ppi s but one stopped fatigue ended. Ive talked to people that have fatigue from statins but ill assume youve been on them prior. Is it possible the flutter and svt are the same tachycardia? Right flutter a piece of cake. Left is not. So your flutter emerged following the afiby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM

Today was long 930-430. Everything was on schedule til i mentioned 2 missed eliquis days in nsr. The cascade began. A TEE. So had to find the right guy. They finally did. There is a national shortage of Brevital so i got propofol. Successful cardioversion. See it it holds long???? If it doesn’t im not sure what to do. Take pills and sit??? Dr Holshouser stopped by my room: long story short. Quby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Which proves that every case is so different. Gonna be interesting to see if my cardioversion holds. My flutter in early march was 144. Cardioverted. Held to my 3/29 ablation. Now my flutter is 115 max no meds. One 60 mg diltalizem and im 65-80 so go figure. My hope is that Dr Natale can ablate me correctly when that day comes. Ive decided that he ll be my guy as i love Holshouser but he triedby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
