Thanks Gloaming for the information. I never thought of it that way. I have never bothered taking my heart rate reading while exercising or walking briskly/jogging as every year I do so well on my stress echo tests. I am contemplating getting my first colonoscopy. I remember a thread sometime ago regarding the best preps to take but I can not locate it now. There was a different liquid that could be used other than the gatorade/miralax. There is apparently several choices as to preps. There are pills or liquid. What would the best prep be for someone that has a history of afib? Has anyone in this forum tby greyhoundgal - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
