Jackie, as always I value your input. I do believe the Thyroid could be the issue. I was given 3 13 minute radium treatments for massive adenoids, unable to remove all of them with surgery, third grade. I was told my Thyroid is on the small side, possibly due to the radium. I also was told years ago, I had nodules on my Thyroid. Have not had them checked in a while. Good to hear from all anby lmann - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Reread George's post. For those with a system that can easily create afib, I am not sure I would recommend a keto diet. Will you explain? Thank you, Lyndaby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, your last statement says you are not sure you would recommend a keto diet. I thought you were one of the proponents of ketosis. Have you changed your mind? I am fasting 19 hours, then eating and trying to stay low carb as well. Doing this for health benefits and primarily weight loss. Would really appreciate your feedback. Lyndaby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM

Gordon, many thanks for sharing your magnesium supplement brand. I will look into it. Thanks againby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thank you, Peggy and In108. Not absolutely sure the probiotics are culprit but backing off to test. Many thanks for your responses. Lyndaby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM
Anyone have an adverse effect using probiotics? I have tried several times and my heart seems to be effected. I know we are all an experiment of one. I just was hoping to find out if others have noticed this too. It seems anything I do out of routine, my heart does not like it. Lyndaby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM

Todd, Smackman, and George, I want to thank you for your valuable input. I know weight loss helps with afib burden as well. Would the cayenne aggravate afib by stimulating the adrenals? I know herbalist Dr. John Christopher used it for heart situations. George N, I had a glucose test fasting in June, registered 110. Another in September was 105 not fasting. So your suggestion certainlyby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM

Have any of you used this wristband that monitors your steps, sleep, and other things. It is wireless. I have noticed my heart skipping more beats and wondered if there could be a correlation between the device and the irregular beats. Any one have experience with this? Thank you, Lyndaby lmann - AFIBBERS FORUM
