Perhaps if I search I can find this in the archives, but what does v42 mean? Vagal afibber since 42? Just a guess....

Thanks for the links, Mike. I had more problems like these, when I was on beta blockers. That tells me that adrenalin has something to do with this, because betas were blocking that, and now that I'm off them, that problem is gone.
