SVT Steering Committee

Milestone Pharmaceuticals is forming an SVT Steering Committee of about 10 patients with supraventricular tachycardia.

With the goal of delivering patient-centered and informed content and tools, participants will be invited to review and provide input on draft educational and marketing materials from Milestone.

The committee will convene virtually this year (once this summer and once this fall) and possibly in person in the first half of 2026. Participants will be compensated for their time ($150/hour) and expenses.

Ideally, the committee will include a diverse group of members, with a focus on those who are newly diagnosed (within the last 2 years) or previously diagnosed (3-5 years ago) with AVNRT or AVRT, and have had recent emergency department visits.

In addition, Milestone would ideally like to find:

Two patients previously diagnosed who are not satisfied with taking chronic or pill-in-the-pocket medications
One patient who was previously ablated
One patient who is considering future ablation
7 female and 3 male patients
Ages 30-65 preferred
US only

If you are interested, please send an email to info@milestonepharma.com with the subject, SVT Steering Committee. Thank you!

Heart Failure Patient Needed

Have you been diagnosed with Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF)?

Researchers would like to learn from an individual in the US living with HFpEF to better understand the patient experience—from early symptoms and diagnosis to treatment and thoughts on clinical trials.

This opportunity involves a live, virtual interview and discussion via Microsoft Teams in September 2025. The total time commitment is about 6.5 hours, including an intro call, preparation (preparation will begin in mid-July), the virtual interview, and a debrief. Additional details of the interview and discussion will be shared during the intro call.

This is an opportunity to meet with scientists in early drug discovery to share your journey living with HFpEF.

As a thank you, the participant will receive compensation of $175.00 per hour from the sponsoring pharmaceutical company.

If you meet the criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please use the StopAfib.org Contact Us link to send the following information:
