This is just frustrating

I made it 3 months since my last hospital stay without AFIB or any ectopic beats (that I caught) and then over the weekend it started back up again. On the bright side, no AFIB, but the ectopic beats started up again. Just hoping that they stay mild like they are now. I think I need to increase my potassium intake. It has fallen off the last couple of weeks. Like most here, I am just tired of this. Sorry for the rant.

My prior EP suggested to keep one’s potassium level at 4.5 if one is on Sotalol. My current EP’s recommendation is to main this level without Sotalol

I am really hoping that is all it is, the last 3 months are the longest I have gone without an arrhythmia since mid 2019. Usually I am good about it, but that is the only thing I can think of that has changed. Really started thinking I had gotten a large enough band-aid I could make it while before anything happened.
