Paywall unfortunately but here was a teaser sentence:

Clinical results demonstrate that pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) remains the cornerstone of AF ablation in these patients, but additional ablation of the ganglionated plexi (GP) has been proposed as a complementary strategy.

This interested me as I have autonomic dysfunction with too high “vagal tone,” according to autonomic testing, and including ganglionated plexiglass in my ablation did help with the autonomic imbalance.
What testing did you have for that Daisy? I have always wondered about that with my propensity for Orthostatic Tachycardia, etc.
One of my EP studies suspected, but was unable to confirm that my PACs are coming from the SVC.

I had tilt table testing coordinated beat to beat with BP and 5 other types of autonomic testing administered by an autonomic specialist. Autonomic specialists are hard to find though and there is always a wait list. My testing showed orthostatic intolerance and neurally mediated hypotension, among other things. Orthostatic tachycardia is more common though. I have a tendency to pass out when standing.
