Diagnosis from hospital. How bad is it?

I went to the hospital last Monday and was admitted over night. This was for PACs and my heart rate dropping into the 30s with it jumping high once in a while. The diagnosis sheet has it listed as bigemy. With this:
Pesistant AFIB
Sick sinus syndrome
Atrial premature complex
First degree atrioventricular block
Coagulation defect
And also for fun:
Chronic kidney disease stage 2

Any of these on their own while not a positive seem manageable. Over the past few years the only thing I have had was the AFIB. It seems to me they currently just to kick the can down the road as Far as possible, which may be the correct thing to do. I'm just asking what I should be worried about and what if anything I can do to make this work. Most is outside of my knowledge range currently.

The sick sinus syndrome may mean there's a pacemaker in your future if it's confirmed.

Thats what i was thinking as well. I just hope I can be stable for next couple of weeks to get moved. Then I can sit down and work through this a little better.

I was also thinking that as well as I have a pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome. The good news is the pacemaker really does the job well!
