Chicken or Egg - Allergies or Afib

Does anyone here experience increased nasal sinus problems similar to allergies when having irregular heart beats? Or, does anyone have irregular heart beats when dealing with nasal sinus type allergies? I cannot find any information regarding something like this but it is real for me so much that I can’t determine which comes first. The BPM is not increased during these symptoms remaining in the 60s and occasionally in the 70’s.
