if You're on a drug like flecainide now do they have to wean you off that or stop it for a few days before they can start tikosyn? anyone on tik?

Yes, they would stop the flecainide before beginning the Tikosyn. I'm not on it now but I have been in the past. It's a very effective drug for most people and usually has few side effects, but not everyone can take it. You have to spend 3 days in the hospital being monitored in order to take it.
