Anyone feel chest tightness taking Flecainide?

I started taking 50mg Flecainide twice a day 5 weeks ago, no Afib episode so far. However, I sometimes feel a sensation of chest tightness as if wearing a sports bra that are too tight on me. Should I be concerned? Anyone feel the same? thanks!

Drugs.com lists it as a not uncommon side effect. I would mention it to the doctor who prescribed it, but unless it comes with other symptoms it's probably nothing to worry about.

I just went back on Flecainide and sometimes feel that, nothing severe. My weirdest effect is a burning left butt cheek...go figure!
