Years ago I was diagnosed by a reputable lab of a MTHFR (RS 1801133/ C677T) moderate mutation of the gene. Basically, having this affects my methylation pathways and can predispose me to higher levels of homocyteine if I don't supplement with B6, folate (or methyl-folate), and B12.
Another poster on this forum had found a clinical study that shows potential links between poor methylation and afib. I just wondered if anyone else had comments on this.
