Dronedarone (which the new drug is based on) is much less powerful than Amiodarone.

Yes. Many of us have failed on Dronedarone, so wondering if they have been able to improve its efficacy.

Even more progress! I'm very happy to see these kinds of research taking place. Amiodarone worked very well for me last August, although for a short time as the EP didn't want me on it longer than it took to stablize my HR. Unfortunately, it failed to convert my flutter that developed over the holidays just past.
