Ranolazine and afib

I just ran across this article about Ranolazine and its recently discovered protective actions in the heart, as well as its ability to block intracelluar calcium and cell excitability. That let me to search the web for a possible impact on afib, which it seems to have.

I read this as well. I plan to ask my cardiologist about this. A recent visit with an EP - he told me he uses this with Tikosyn with good results. He did not mention if he has used this solo or with other meds.
