How to you balance the need to stay hydrated with the need for sleep? What balance have you found makes it possible to sleep through more than two hours at a time at night? Any tips? thanks

I drink all day and stop two hours before bedtime so I don’t have to wake up during the night. Everyone is different but it works for me

I think it's crucial, at least for me, if I drink alcohol (moderately : just one beer or glass of wine). It requires some hours and several glasses of water for my body to get rid of it. If I drink my beer or wine in the evening, I go to bed before the job done. It's likely I'd be somewhat dehydrated or/or eletrolyte imbalanced after a couple hours of sleep.
Drinking more water preventively is uneffective. I'm only sure having to pee two times more while in afib.
One glass at noon or late afternoon is usually OK.
