Allspice and eliquis

I’m in a baking mood and would like to make recipes that calls for Allspice. I googled and found Allspice
[www.thespruceeats.com] Is not a blend of spices but a berry that interacts with blood thinners.

I wonder if using a teaspoon or tablespoon would have any effect on someone sensitive? It is also a stimulus (lots of Google) and I wonder if it could react like coffee /caffeine and trigger afib? Coffee is a berry/bean as well.

The DOACs don't have any known food interactions except grapefruit, and grapefruit interacts with darn near everything.

It might be a concern if you were taking allspice as a supplement or something, but a teaspoon or two in an entire cake or batch of cookies? Nah, no problem.
