Information I would need to contact Dr. Natale

Prior ablation by Dr. Natale 8/2005. CABGX3 4/19. Afib/Aflutter 7/19 and TEE/cardioversion 8/19. Put on Sotalol 80mgs twice a day and Xarelto 20mgs per day. Still in NSR with Hr low 50's. Fatigue etc from Sotalol plus chronic insomnia. Seriously thinking of having another ablation and would like to contact Dr. Natale. Natale ablation 8/2005 lasted until 3 months post CABG.
