Wasn't expecting this

So last week I felt like I was out of rhythm but couldn't verify because my Kardia found its way into the wash. I ordered a new XL and it arrived Monday.
Last evening I felt it come in again and got a good recording. And by good I don't mean normal. I took a dose of flecanide to convert but self converted inmy a few moments after taking it so it didn't have time to have any effect.
I'm kind of bummed out right now but hopefully it was only a fluke. BTW the Kardia XL is pretty sweet.

Please remind us: are you a Natale ablation guy? If so, how long ago? Was it your first or second?

Very much hoping it was a fluke (albeit twice).... had/have you done anything or eaten/drank anything differently recently?

I've had 4 ablations. 2 with Natalie.

Been working allot of long stretches due to the covid panic. So my sleep patterns are all screwed up since I do shift work. I haveb felt right since it all started.

I really don't understand the reasoning behind what they are doing at work but have no say in the matter.
