Good article, thanks for that--I am concerned about taking mega doses of any supplement. Food and sun is a better way to go to get your Vit. D., in the winter months I will take some Vit. D supplements but just a few days out of the week.
My Vit D now is around 30, my Holistic doctor doesn't seem concerned about it, but I will try to get it up a little.
