Happy Thanksgiving!

Here's wishing a very Happy Thanksgiving weekend for each of you and your families!

Indeed, among the many blessing in my life to give thanks for, this forum is high on the list with so many generous and very experienced afibbers here that constantly check in to freely offer from their own mostly prior AFIB history, and share invaluable pearls of insight and hard-earned wisdom on how so many here have regained durable NSR with those newcomers who, over the last month, are beginning to find this little oasis in the online AFIB universe in increasing number.

With the recent upgrade to our open-source 'Phorum platform' it made it possible to eliminate the universal generic login credentials that had been required for so many years just to be able to access and read the forum. As a result, the forum is not only a lot more user-friendly, but the 13 years history of posts and threads that we have managed to save from the 17 years total since the forum and website began, are now rapidly becoming indexed in all the major internet search engines. As this process is completed and is kept up to date, far more afibbers looking for guidance will be able to find us.

We are still a few months out before our full website redesign will be ready for prime time, and yet this Phorum update is already a big part of what we want to accomplish.

Be well everyone and thank you all again for helping make our forum such a special resource!

Shannon

Thank you very much Shannon. Best wishes for the holidays and always. Onward and upward to new knowledge and a deeper understanding of this insidious disease and a sure cure.
