Hi there - I recently was diagnosed with Afib (well 10 months ago) and have tried to lead a healthy life since. I am always worried about a new attack and find myself reading about it daily and listening to what others have to say about. I have many questions and I am learning everyday.

Russell - A healthy lifestyle is a good start .

Have you read about the importance of maintaining optimal stores of the critical electrolytes inside the heart cells? If so are you taking the core nutrients on a daily basis?
