epinephrin question plus nattokinase question

I may have to have cataract surgery next month and from what I understand ophthalmologists use some epi in their injection into the eye although they told me its ok for AF patients as it does not get into the system? Also, what is the difference or benefit with Cardiokinase vs NattoMax nattokinase? Thanks and btw a year AF free as I had an episode last October which I converted at home, had 2 episodes 2 years prior to that including my first episode caused by an idiot Dr giving me too much thyroid meds for my low thyroid. anneh
