Exercising in Afib

I'm stuck in afib at the moment (TEE showed a blood clot, so waiting for 3-4 weeks to check again and hopefully convert at that point).

My pulse is in the 70-90 range while sitting/laying down. It goes into the 120-130s when I exert myself.

Is exercise good for my heart if it is so unsteady? I logically think it shouldn't be, but hope that it could be. So hoping someone's read a study on this.
