Pain Medications while on Wafarin?

I've finally joined the Wafarin club (due to a recent pulmonary embolism, not my afib).

I've got very bad knee and shoulder pain that I used to use Advil to relieve. Now that's out of the question. And Tylenol never has worked for me.

Anything that has worked for others?

I feel for you Nancy, I have been in the Warfarin club for four months and recently had severe back pain. My G.P. gave me Co-codamol but to be honest it was only slightly better than basic paracetamol but it did help a little. How I wished I could have taken an anti-inflammatory. They always worked for me in the past. I do hope you find some relief soon.
